Refund policy
We know that sometimes we change our minds, therefore we have a 30-day exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after purchasing your glasses to log an exchange with us, or if you're not entirely happy with your product we have a 14-day refund policy.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can get in touch with us at info@optic-blu.com. When your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on the options available to return the item to us. No returns without first requesting a return will be accepted. You then have 7 days from logging your return to send the package back to us as well as return any free gifts issued with it, if not your refund will be rejected.

Refunds: We will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know what the next necessary steps are.
Damages and issues: Mistakes sometimes happen so please kindly inspect your order within 7 days upon receipt of the package and do contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (eg, special orders or personalised items). Refunds are not offered on sale items but you can gladly return them for something else or a gift voucher. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our party glasses.
